We want your jewelry to arrive beautifully and on time. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature gift-ready box before it leaves our hands. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During sale periods or peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any delays via email.
